What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
As a Trainee BDR, your role is to help the business grow by finding and connecting with potential customers. You’ll learn and develop hands-on skills in:
• Making outbound calls and sending prospecting emails to potential customers• Using LinkedIn and social media to reach out to new prospects• Logging and tracking all leads in the CRM system• Setting up meetings or demos for senior sales colleagues• Working towards monthly and quarterly activity targets (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked)
