Compensation and benefits for an Sales Development Representative:
£26,000- £27,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus. Typical first-year earnings vary by performance; current team examples will be shared during interview.
Guaranteed pay review at 6 months on successful probation.
25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, company pension, regular social events.

What you’ll do as a Sales Development Representative:
Prospect and qualify new business across assigned sectors and a midlands territory.
Book and run discovery calls; visit clients to understand applications and specs.
Build and manage a pipeline; issue quotes and negotiate pricing within guidelines.
Grow revenue in existing accounts through cross‑sell and repeat orders.
Maintain accurate activity and forecasts in CRM; hit weekly activity and monthly revenue targets.
What we’re looking for in a Sales Development Representative:
Recent graduate (any discipline) or equivalent commercial experience.
Clear motivation for a career in B2B sales; resilient and target‑driven.
Strong communication (phone/email) and organisation skills.
Full UK driving licence [if client visits require driving].
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Training and progression
6‑month sales academy covering prospecting, questioning, quoting, and negotiation, coaching, call listening
