The Opportunity
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll take responsibility for developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships across the North East.
You'll work with manufacturers and engineering businesses that rely on specialist metal products for critical applications across a range of high-growth industries.
From day one, you'll receive training, mentoring, and ongoing support while developing your own customer portfolio and earning uncapped bonus on the revenue you generate.
Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Sales Development Representative
Identify and engage potential customers across your assigned territory
Prospect new business opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking activity
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and applications
Visit client sites to build relationships and identify commercial opportunities
Prepare and present quotations
Negotiate pricing within agreed guidelines
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Accurately record activity and forecasts using CRM systems
Achieve weekly activity and monthly revenue targets

Recent graduate (any discipline) or equivalent commercial experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
